Trademark & Brand Use

Pending trademark. The Tempryn™ word mark is a pending trademark of Velk Studio LLC, filed as a standard-character mark, meaning the claim covers the name itself in any font, size, style, or color.

Other Brand Assets. The chiselled steel “T” logo, the Tempryn wordmark lockup, the tagline “Plan. Focus. Finish.”, and the overall look and feel of the app are owned exclusively by Velk Studio LLC. These assets are protected by copyright, trade dress, and common-law rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Use Tempryn as an adjective followed by a noun the first time it appears: “the Tempryn app,” not “a Tempryn.”
• Include the ™ symbol on the first prominent mention: Tempryn™.
• Never pluralize it (“Tempryns”), possessivize it (“Tempryn’s” as part of the mark), or use it as a verb (“to Tempryn something”).
• Keep the spelling and capitalization exactly as shown. No “TempRyn,” “Temp Ryn,” or “TEMPRYN” in running text.
• Do not translate, transliterate, or abbreviate the mark.

• The steel “T” logo, wordmark lockup, and tagline are copyright and trade-dress assets, not part of the pending trademark.
• Do not recreate, redraw, or trace the steel “T” mark.
• Do not recolor, rotate, skew, add effects to, or crop the mark, and do not place it on a background that reduces its contrast.
• Do not combine the mark with your own logo, name, or another mark, or use it as part of a composite design.
• Leave clear space around the mark equal to at least half its height.
• Any use of the logo, lockup, or tagline requires written permission from Velk Studio LLC.

• Use Tempryn or a confusingly similar name in your own product name, company name, app name, domain name, social handle, or advertising keywords. This protects the pending trademark.
• Use the steel “T” logo, wordmark lockup, or tagline without written permission. This protects the separate copyright and trade dress rights.
• Suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Velk Studio LLC without written permission.
• Register the mark, a variant, or a translation anywhere in the world.
• Use the Brand Assets in a way that is misleading, unlawful, or disparaging.

You may refer to Tempryn™ by name, accurately and without the logo, to review it, compare it, write about it, teach it, or say that your product works with it. Reference use should make clear that Velk Studio LLC is not the source of your product.
